We here at Woods Humane Society are committed
to placing the homeless animals here at the shelter
into loving, caring, humane environments.

Planning to Give a Gift

We ask that if you intend to adopt an animal for someone as a gift, that you purchase a Gift Certificate toward the adoption instead. We require that any and all adoptions be made with the primary care-giver of the animal present.

Perfect Match

By purchasing a gift certificate, the new adoption family will have the chance to come in to the shelter and chose an animal that fits their “Perfect Match” criteria. This will also insure that the right animal gets to go home with the right family.

Decks are available at our shelter for a $5 donation
and come packaged in a
clear plastic jewel case.
