Brews and Bites

The fourth annual BREWS & BITES festival will take place on LABOR DAY WEEKEND Sunday, September 2 from 12-6 pm in the Mission Plaza in San Luis Obispo. The festival will feature 9 breweries based in San Luis Obispo County and 4 breweries out of northern Santa Barbara County.
Participating breweries will be featuring their craft beers with food from local restaurants and there will be live music courtesy of Matt Suarez & The Movement and one of the central coast's hottest bands, PK.
While admission to the festival is free to the public, attendees must purchase a ticket to be able to taste beer. Admission price will include a commemorative Brews & Bites pint glass and 25 four-ounce taste tickets. Ticket buyers who purchase their tickets before August 5th will receive $5 off general admission. All proceeds from the event will go to the Woods Humane Society and the San Luis Obispo Brewers Guild.
The “Bites” portion of the event will be presented by various local restaurants and caterers. All food is available on a cash basis – no tickets required.
