Pets at Home

Woods Humane Society is a community leader in humane education and training. The more educated our community is about the pet care, the more healthy, happy and well-loved pets we'll have in San Luis Obispo County.

In our pet resources section, we feature seasonal and timely pet health care tips, training classes at our shelter and resources within the community including pet sitters, kennels and where to find the nearest dog park.

Woods Humane Society is actively participating as a Lead Agency for SLOVOAD. In the event of a large-scale local disaster, Woods Humane Society will mobilize our resources to support displaced local pets.
