Animal Education Programs for Toddlers to Teens

Learn About, Love & Help Animals in Need!

Woods Humane Society's Humane Education department recognizes that a future without pet overpopulation, homelessness, abuse, neglect and other animal welfare issues begins with our children.

Our kids' clubs, camps, classes, tours and other programs:

  • Teach children of all ages how to live humanely, responsibly and safely with animal companions

  • Offer kids the opportunity to help animals in need and contribute to solving animal welfare issues
  • Develop children’s empathy, compassion and respect for others by allowing them to connect and bond with animals, from the age of toddler on!
